About RTstudents

Practical Radiology and Allied Health Education

Mission

RTstudents exists to make clinical imaging education clear, practical, and accessible. We provide concise positioning guides, modality primers, safety resources, and study tools that help students, technologists, and educators perform confidently and learn efficiently.

Experience and Background

30 years of combined experience in diagnostic imaging, clinical education, and department management informs every page on this site. Our team includes former educators, clinical managers, and senior technologists who have worked in busy hospital systems, outpatient imaging centers, and academic programs.

Clinical practice — hands‑on experience across CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology.
Education — curriculum design, classroom teaching, clinical supervision, and exam preparation for students and staff.
Leadership — workflow optimization, quality assurance, and program management in multi‑disciplinary imaging departments.

What We Offer

Positioning guides — clear, image‑ready instructions for routine and specialty exams.
Modality primers — concise overviews of CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography, and more.
Safety resources — contrast safety, radiation QA, checklists, and pediatric dose guidance.
Student tools — study guides, checklists, and practical tips for clinical rotations and exams.
Department resources — templates and workflows designed to reduce errors and improve training consistency.

Approach and Values

We prioritize clarity, clinical relevance, and safety. Content is written for real workflows — not academic abstraction — and is designed to be quickly usable at the bedside or in the control room. We value evidence informed practice, continuous improvement, and respectful collaboration with educators and clinical teams.

Partnerships and Contributions

RTstudents partners with educators, clinical leaders, and professional organizations to keep content current and practical. If you represent a school, hospital, or training program and would like to contribute, suggest updates, or request a custom resource, we welcome collaboration.
